Please follow the guidelines below to get the most from your investment. Because of the audio technology used, stereo headphones are required. It is recommended that you use headphones that cover the entire ear, even though any headphones will work. The bigger magnets create a stronger effect, plus this type of headphone helps block distracting ambient noise. Because the CDs create altered states of consciousness, DO NOT listen to the CDs while operating machinery or driving a car. If you have had seizures or any other related medical condition, consult your doctor before using this product. The Hermetic Kabbalah CDs are numbered from Disk 1 to Disk 10. During your initial journey through the meditations it is very important that you listen to the CDs in numerical order because later CDs build on the work accomplished by the earlier CDs. If the CDs are not used in order, you will not get the full benefit of the set and may suffer adverse side effects. During your initial use of the Hermetic Kabbalah CDs, it is strongly advised that you only listen to one CD every three days, or two CDs a week. This will allow your body a few days between each CD experience to process the information and perspectives contained within each meditation. We recommend that you listen to the entire course at least three times for maximum effectiveness. This allows the pattern of the Kabbalah Tree of Life to become properly grounded within your consciousness. Once you have completed the entire Hermetic Kabbalah course the CDs can be listened to in any order. Listen to these CDs in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. You have invested in yourself and are taking the time for personal growth, please allow yourself the time alone and proper environment for this to take place. These CDs use a combination of Kabbalistic concepts, change processes, and binaural beats, designed to accelerate the personal growth process. During the course of this program the listener is lead through guided meditations while in this induced meditative state, which creates powerful changes in consciousness. These CDs are designed to expand your consciousness and release emotional blocks. The more the CDs are used, the more effective they are. When one does significant personal growth, it is common for emotional issues to surface during the releasing process. This can manifest in various ways, including remembrance of long-forgotten experiences and physical tiredness as the body releases toxic emotions. The way to handle this is gently. Be kind and gentle to yourself as you process the changes in consciousness and release toxic emotions. Pace yourself; life is like a marathon, not an unending series of sprints. You have time; enjoy yourself and the process, and enjoy the healthier experiences you create as a result of your inner processing. Briefly, binaural beats are created in the brain by listening to slightly different frequencies in each ear, which is why stereo headsets are required. The difference between the two audio frequencies is called a binaural beat and causes brain wave patterns to resonate to the binaural beat frequency. The brain wave patterns created in resonance with the binaural beat frequencies induce different mental states, including meditative states. The Daath CD works to take you to even deeper levels of consciousness than the ten CD set and is designed to be used ONLY after you have completed the other ten CDs. The original concept of Daath is to unite and focus all the spheres as one, so that you may integrate and find your own personal truth. As you can imagine, this CD asks you to look at things that, while helpful, are best explored after you have a firm foundation with the rest of the series. Caution: Use of the Daath CD is an intense meditative experience that should only be done AFTER you have completed the previous ten CDs. The main difference between the two is the focus and ideas they follow. The details also vary from school to school. Jewish Kabbalah In general, Jewish Kabbalah focuses on exploring the meaning of God within orthodox Jewish beliefs at different levels. Jewish Kabbalah explores the hidden meanings within the words of the Torah and other books. This includes meditations focusing on the many things in God’s creation and how these experiences relate to Jewish thought. Hermetic Kabbalah Hermetic Kabbalah explores the spheres of the Tree of Life directly rather than exploring them from a religious perspective. There is no specific content or attachment in Hermetic Kabbalah and it does not have a specific religious influence. The purpose of Hermetic Kabbalah (sometimes spelled Qabalah) is individual empowerment based on knowledge and application of Universal Laws. Hermetic Kabbalah has a larger focus on practical techniques. These techniques are designed to bring about changes in the individual and in the world around us. You can listen to the Hermetic Kabbalah CDs on an iPod or MP3 player without losing effectiveness as long as you are using a lossless audio format to maintain the integrity of the binaural beats and the meditation effect.
